How much does it cost?
My current fee is £45 per session.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
If you are unable to attend a session I require 24 hours notice, anything under 24 hours notice I will charge you for the session which is standard practice.
I have a limited number of student and concession rates for those on lower income.
What information do I need to give?
Our initial consultation is a chance for us to meet and talk through what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to get from counselling. In our first meeting we will be able to ascertain how many sessions you would like depending on what has brought you to counselling in the first place. It is an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have and for you and I to decide whether we are happy to work together.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions you attend will depend on you and your needs and where you wish to focus. I work to both short-term (6-12 sessions) and longer-term open ended contracts. All sessions are weekly and we will meet at the same time of the same day each week. If you feel the need to attend more regularly we can discuss this in person.
