What you can expect
An approach to suit you
I am a fully trained and qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor (MSc, Registered MBACP) and a Transpersonal Couples Counsellor (PGDip, UKCP training), as well as being a Clinical Supervisor (PGDip, BACP). My integrative training allows me to adapt my approach to meet your unique needs rather than using a singular approach, regardless of your personal circumstances and experiences. Whether you wish to work through focusing on your current circumstances with a goal of finding the best way forward or whether you wish to explore how past events or relationship patterns may be impacting on you now, my goal is to work with you towards gaining deeper insight and self-awareness. The therapeutic journey is a dynamic, unfolding process, which will gradually develop as we work together. I will support and guide you towards uncovering and re-connecting with your true potential. I work holistically addressing body, mind and soul, with individuals and couples across a range of ages.
In addition, I offer clinical supervision for therapists of various clinical training backgrounds Please see "Supervision" page for further details.
